1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business day

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

8. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER
If a package is returned to us due to:

- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

International customers are responsible for:
