Shipping Policy – MitzHealth
At MitzHealth, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below for full details regarding processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
As many of our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, additional production time may apply.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by location)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Promotions such as free shipping may be offered periodically and will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- High order volumes
- Supply chain or production delays
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs processing for international orders
MitzHealth is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
MitzHealth is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
MitzHealth is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
MitzHealth is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
